The origin of this coffee
Farmer Eider Perdomo Claro and his wife go through the coffee growing processes together under the Incorporate company. They have a 13-year-old daughter and a seven-month-old baby. They have worked in agriculture for more than 20 years (third generation).
We started working together this year because Eider has participated in the Cup of Excellence competition in the past, which allowed us to taste his coffees.

We roast our coffee 3 times a week, so it always arrives freshly roasted. We have been roasting our own coffee since 2019 in Silůvky in Moravia.
