This coffee was specifically blended for espresso machines. We used a 60:40 ratio in favor of Brazilian coffee. After the first sip, you will first notice a light fruity-floral taste that quickly fades and is replaced by a strong, bitter-chocolate body. Perfect for espresso, but thanks to its expressiveness it is also popular for French press or moka pot.
